We have more than 1,000 online merchants and website operators in our portfolio. We meet with them, talk about their businesses and we then analyze and plan together. Over the years we have come to realize through practice, experience and meeting with clients that “know-how” is one of the key factors influencing success. Therefore, we do our best to develop our clients’ know-how in order to enhance and simplify their business and to assist in business growth.
Articles and email newsletters
We regularly create articles to inform our clients about news in our systems: FastCentrik (shopping cart system offered through rental payment), ShopCentrik (customizable shopping cart software) and MediaCentrik (WCMS for web creation). We do not even leave out information concerning NetDirect events as well as electronic e-commerce news.
Articles are periodically delivered to our clients´ email boxes. This way, clients are regularly informed without having to search for information on our websites.
Workshops, seminars and free study materials
We aim to provide educational opportunities for all clients regardless of their size. We organize a wide variety of events, targeting in particular the development of our clients’ know-how in the field of internet marketing. All participants always receive printed study materials or books.
These meetings are considered very useful not only because of the information obtained, but also for the opportunity of mutual learning among dealers, which often leads to the beginning of business and marketing cooperation.

Consultations
We enjoy meeting and helping our clients from the very first steps in fulfilling their vision. The inductive free marketing consultation is offered to all new clients. Within this consultation we try to define the clients’ goals and strategies and how to achieve them with regard to their marketing budget. Of course, we continue this further in meetings when we analyze the development of their solution and the measurable results of their marketing activities.
