Director of Production and Service Department
Andrea is the Director of the Production and Service Department at NetDirect. She has an overview of all completed projects at her disposal and is responsible for ensuring that both departments operate properly. Andrea is also currently studying Economics and management at VSP University in Ostrava.
At work she likes to drink tea from her extensive collection of loose teas and in her spare time at home she likes to read books about spiritual culture and that which deals with the esoteric.

Head of ShopCentrik Service Department
Andrea has been working in NetDirect since 2007. At first, she worked as a tester, later, she instructed ShopCentrik and FastCentrik OPEN clients in the administration work. Now, she woks as the head of service department and leads a team of skilful programmers.
Andrea and her family recently moved to a house away from the city and her biggest hobby is her family, dog and garden where she likes to relax absorbing sunlight and energy. In her spare time, she likes cycling, in-line skating or hiking.
Barbora Hrebeňárová
Personnel Specialist
Bara is among the first generation of NetDirect’s employees. At that time the number of employees could have been counted on one hand. These days she is working as a personnel specialist and has already welcomed more than 80 new employees to the company. When not working, Bara likes to spend some time with her family and is interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She likes to ski, practice yoga and take walks with her family and little dog.
Dagmar Pavelková
Finance Director
As the finance director for NetDirect Dasa ensures the proper handling of the company’s money. Her favorite websites are www.rb.cz and www.tatrabanka.sk.
Dasa´s most beloved hobbies are her little cats. She also likes to do sports or travel in her free time.
Daniel Gustin
Technical Director
Dan is one of the co-founders of NetDirect. He mainly takes care of the functionality of our servers and therefore ensures the smooth running of internal applications as well as clients’ applications. He knows SQL much better than his native language.
In his free time Dan likes to make RC models and ride his motorbike. Rather than shopping in e-shops, Dan prefers visiting regular stone shops.
David Richtr
Consultant
This is David´s second year looking after our existing clients as well as getting new ones. David wholeheartedly tries to implement our clients’ visions, no matter if they are key players or starting entrepreneurs. Dan also provides customer support for already launched e-commerce solutions.
Among his colleagues, David has found (in his own words) inspiring partners at the negotiating table and also very easygoing people with whom he likes to spend time at weekends having a barbecue or sitting with a fishing rod in hand by the river.
Dorota Hamplová
Head of FastCentrik Customer Support Department
Dorotka is the key person all new clients interested in launching FastCentrik e-shop turn to. Thanks to her dedication and hard work you will always feel safe and satisfied with the running of your shop.
Dorotka likes a lot of sleep but on the other hand she also likes doing aerobics, in-line skating, skiing and she is crazy about fast cars.
Jan Bartoš
Key Projects Manager
Jan is in charge of running the entire MediaCentrik department. His goal is not only closing deals and signing contracts, but also providing our clients with quality solutions and always adding something extra on top. Jan tries to think about all the small but important details and by putting adequate pressure on his colleagues he makes sure that the projects are done as fast as possible.
Besides NetDirect, which is for Jan always his first priority, he also likes adrenalin sports and travelling. Jan´s motto is not the traditional: “East, west, home is best” but rather “East, west, home is everywhere”.:)
Jan Svoboda
CEO (Chief executive officer)
In 2002, Jan became one of the founders of NetDirect. As the director of the entire company, Jan is responsible for the overall complex company operations and in particular its continued growth. With his sense of humor, friendly attitude and responsibility he fosters a very pleasant working atmosphere at NetDirect.
Jan is happily married with his wife Kacenka, has two daughters Kacka and Misa and a little son named Pepicek. In his free time he likes to relax by the Morava River with his fishing rod in hand.
Jaroslav Šaržík
MediaCentrik Micro Project Manager
Jaroslav has been working in NetDirect since 2007 already. During working hours, he occupies himself with implementation of MediaCentrik web projects. Now, he is also responsible for leading the MediaCentrik Micro project.
In his spare time, Jarda likes playing football, programming and relaxing watching a good film.
Kateřina Spáčilová
Sales Director
Kateřina has been working in the marketing department since joining the company in 2008. Her role now is to ensure the efficient functioning of the entire sales team and she intends to streamline the operations of this important company department as much as possible. Katka´s team has initiated an increase in market share of the key NetDirect products in the Czech e-commerce market.
In her free time, Katka likes to play badminton or watch movies. Her favourite websites include IMDB, CSFD and The Free Dictionary.
Kateřina Naarová
Head of Marketing Department
Kateřina has been working in NetDirect since 2008 and has led the marketing department. Katka and her team are responsible for promotion of NetDirect as well as of products the company offers.
Their common goal is to provide everybody who wants to succeed on the Internet with information about FastCentrik, ShopCentrik, FastCentrik OPEN, MediaCentrik MICRO and to enable them to choose the right solution from the NetDirect portfolio.
Michal Rogozný
Head of FastCentrik Department
Although Michal graduated at the VUT University in Brno with a degree in nuclear energetics, fate brought him in 2004 to our company. In NetDirect, Michal is responsible for the development of one of our most pivotal products – FastCentrik system.
In his free time, Michal likes dabbling in gardening, reading and spending time with his family.
Pavel Kramný
COO (Chief Operating Officer)
Pavel was one of the first employees of NetDirect and from the very beginning he participated in the company´s growth. He is responsible for daily operation of the company..
When the weather is nice, he likes to spend his free time with his family, sitting on the terrace and drinking a good glass of wine. Pavel also likes biking and in-line skating. Recently, golf has been added to the list of his favorite sports, where he is working on lowering his handicap:-).
Radek Kadela
Key Customers Manager
Radek has been working in NetDirect as the Manager for Key Customers since 2005. His main responsibility is to take care of projects for our major clients. Radek has a complete overview of the potential of doing business over the internet as well as the possibilities of communicating over the internet.
You can meet Radek on the tennis or badminton court or at the pool in his spare time. Fast cars are his biggest weakness.
Radka Radecká
Head of Development Department
Radka entered NetDirect in 2008. At the beginning, she worked as a computer programmer in MediaCentrik department, now, she is the head of a department developing shopping cart systems.
In her free time, Radka dedicates herself to her dog and to dog agility training. They are a well-coordinated team because of the fact they run in the MA2 category already.
Robert Gorba
Head of Database Department
Robert is number one when it comes to the perfect functioning of data transmission between information systems and FastCentrik shop system.
In his free time, Robert likes sports, especially cycling, skiing, playing badminton and hiking.
Roman Dorník
Project Manager
Roman joined our company in 2004 as a programmer. Today, Roman works as a project manager where he is responsible for project management.
His biggest hobby is his six month old daughter.
Roman Dufek

Roman has been working for NetDirect since 2003. As a manager he thoroughly takes care of our key clients.
Roman likes sports, especially badminton and golf. He loves hiking and of course internet browsing.
Tomáš Nohál
Senior Consultant
Tomáš (aka Nožka) worked in NetDirect couple of years ago. After working in a partner company, he joined us again in order to take part in making solutions for our clients.
Tomáš creates marketing strategies and analyses, provides customers with professional consultations and helps with developing projects. Very often, you can meet him during professional training courses, workshops, and seminars related to e-business and online marketing.
In his spare time, Tomáš dedicates himself to his family, he likes skiing, cycling and painting surrealistic pictures.
Václav Vojtovič
Consultant
Vasek negotiates business cases up to the phase of signing the contract and is also responsible for all delegated projects throughout their implementation. His strengths are his presentation skills and a great sense for communication, which is very popular among our clients.
In his spare time Vasek visits the gym and is crazy about sport motorbikes, which he loves to ride.
